Joanna Fisher is the Chairwoman of ECSP since 2023 and the CEO of ECE Marketplaces, where she is responsible for the entire shopping centre business in the ECE Group. With a 60-year history, ECE has a portfolio of 200 destinations across Europe and one of Europe’s leading shopping centre businesses. 

Jakub Skwarlo is Chief Operating Officer Central Europe and member of the Executive Committee at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) since June 2023. In this role, he is responsible for the strategy as well as operational and development activity across Germany, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. His direct reporting lines incorporate Asset Management, Customer & Retail Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions and Development, which includes the mixed-use project development Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier that celebrated a successful retail opening on April 8, 2025.

Jakub’s career at URW started back in 2005 – with positions including Leasing, Asset Management, Strategic Project Management and Operations, first in Poland, followed by Central Eastern Europe, France, and later the UK. His first job was in consulting with Arthur Andersen.

Christoph Andexlinger, CEO of SES Spar European Shopping Centers, studied commerce at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. Since 1998, he has worked for the Spar Group, starting as Marketing Manager for EUROPARK Salzburg, later becoming Center Manager. In 2007, he became Head of Center Management, overseeing 30 shopping centers in six countries. He joined the SES Executive Board as Chief Operations Officer in 2021 and became CEO in January 2023.

As a member of the Executive Board of the European Council of Shopping Places (ECSP), he also represents the concerns of the Austrian retail real estate sector at European level. 

Andexlinger is Chairman of the Austrian Council of Shopping Places (ACSP) and Vice President of the International Mozarteum Foundation in Salzburg.

Ingmar Behrens is the Secretary General of the German Council of Shopping Places (GCSP) since 2022. He also became a member of the Board of the European Council of Shopping Places (ECSP) in Brussels in 2023. Prior to his current roles, he was the GCSP’s authorized representative since 2019, having previously held various positions including Head of Public Affairs, Communications, and Press Spokesperson since 2005.

Patrick Delcol is the Head of European Coverage – Retail, Logistics, Hospitality at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
With a career spanning over 30 years in real estate, Patrick has held significant leadership positions across Europe. Prior to his current role, he was Head of Pan-European Retail and Chief Executive Officer for Central and Eastern Europe at BNP Paribas Real Estate. His extensive experience also includes leadership roles at DTZ, ING Real Estate Development Poland, and Centrum Development and Investments Polska, as well as heading the Financial Engineering department of BESIX.

Alexandru (Alex) Florescu is Company Secretary and holding director at NEPI Rockcastle, a leading owner, developer and investor in modern retail properties in Central and Eastern Europe. Based in Amsterdam, he has a legal background and over a decade of experience in corporate governance, M&A, investment structuring, and regulatory affairs, with active involvement in numerous acquisitions and capital markets projects.

Roberto Fraticelli joined Eurocommercial in 1998 and was appointed Finance Director Italy in 2000. Before his current appointment as CFO, Mr. Fraticelli held the position of Director Italy since 2016.

Mr. Fraticelli holds a university degree in Business Administration from LUISS University (Rome), a degree in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam, and an EMBA from Erasmus University (Rotterdam). He is also a Chartered Surveyor.

Roberto Limetti is currently Managing Director, Board Member and Member of the Investment Committee of Pradera Limited and the Chairman of Pradera Italy.

In his current role, Roberto is responsible for asset management and new business in Continental Europe where Pradera manages more than 45 retail assets for approximately €3.5 billion.

He is also a Board Member of CNCC, the Italian Council of Shopping Centres 

Appointed General Delegate of the Federation of Local Retail Actors (FACT – formerly CNCC) in 2022, Christophe Noël brings to the French professional organization of commercial real estate his European experience, his expertise in products and content, as well as his forward-looking vision of sustainable and structuring retail and multifunctional developments.

Christophe Noël has 20 years of experience at URW, in retail site management and development. He began his career as Shopping center manager in 2003, then as Asset manager in 2006. After opening the Docks Vauban site in Le Havre in 2009, he took over as Director of Operations for Unibail-Rodamco in the Netherlands in 2010, then, upon returning to France, became Director of Sourcing and Major French Urban Projects in 2013.

Carla Pinto is the Executive Director of APCC (Portuguese Council of Shopping Centers), a Board Member of the Fundação Crédito Agrícola and member of the Advisory Board of GRACE – Empresas Responsáveis.

She is a former Capital and Debt Manager at Banco Português de Fomento, Board Advisor at PME Investimentos – Sociedade de Investimento S.A, Executive Vice-President at Cooperativa António Sérgio para a Economia Social – CASES (the entity responsible for social economy policies in Portugal), Project Manager in the health area, both in the public and private sectors and consultant in several entities and projects.

She is also an Invited Professor and Researcher at the Portuguese Catholic University.
