Joanna Fisher is the Chairwoman of ECSP since 2023 and the CEO of ECE Marketplaces, where she is responsible for the entire shopping centre business in the ECE Group. With a 60-year history, ECE has a portfolio of 200 destinations across Europe and one of Europe’s leading shopping centre businesses.
Secretary General of ECSP
Julien Bouyeron is Secretary General of the European Council of Shopping Places (ECSP), with over a decade of advocacy experience in Brussels, working closely with EU institutions and lawmakers. Before joining ECSP, he served as Director of European Affairs at the European DIY Retail Association (EDRA), where he led the association’s EU engagement for five years. He previously held roles as Senior Policy Advisor at the French Retail Federation and Project Manager at EuroCommerce.
Executive Assistant of ECSP
Chams El Ghouate is the Executive Assistant at the European Council of Shopping Places (ECSP) in Brussels, where she manages administrative tasks, ensures meticulous document control, and contributes to creating content related to the retail real estate sector. In this role, she also actively provides executive support. Her background encompasses significant experience in administrative and client-focused positions at the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) and Prometric, honing her strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
